Production Artwork for a Wedding Invitation
Role:
Production artwork created for a multi-piece wedding invitation suite, including main invite, details card, RSVP, and envelopes. Prepared print-ready files across multiple print methods (digital, Pantone spot, and deboss) in collaboration with the client’s printer. Set up variable address printing for envelopes using Data Merge in InDesign to generate press-ready PDFs.
Production Artwork (Multiple SKUs)
Invitation sleeve: Deboss applied to the custom-cut front of the black pocket, with opaque white ink printed on the back. Set up print ready file on 8.5x11 and 11x17 stock.
Main invitation: Double thick cotton with hunter green and black letter press. Set up print ready file on 8.5x11 stock.
Detail insert: Digital printing on single thick cotton stock. Set up print ready file on 12x18 stock.
RSVP: Digital printing on single thick cotton stock. Set up print ready file on 12x18 stock.
RSVP envelope. White opaque letter press on black matte envelope.
Use data merge in Indesign to set up multi-page envelope prints.
