Designed and supported product development for the Glow in the Dark Fitness Smartwatch set, including the PVC pouch, watch band graphics, callouts, hangtags, and instruction manual. Conducted iterative sample evaluation and comparative testing across manufacturer and competitor products to ensure production-ready execution.
Key Challenges:
Usability: Tested manufacturer and competitor samples and rewrote instructions for real-world use.
Glow & printing: Compared glow samples to select green pigment and digital printing for maximum clarity.
PVC printing: Used iterative material testing to identify a workable PVC base color for screen printing.
