Challenge: Testing different watch samples from manufacturers and competitors; Manufacturer's digital watch was too simple.
Solution: Thoroughly tested user experience, rewrote the manual in detail, and obtained team feedback.
Challenge: Selecting the appropriate print method and glow-in-the-dark color for watch bands.
Solution: Chose green for its brightness and digital printing for sharp graphics.
Pouch Development:
Challenge: Choosing the right PVC color for printing to avoid clashes with translucent underlays.
Solution: Selected a friendly PVC color for printing.
Packaging Development:
Challenge: Creating packaging for the flashlight keychain and digital watch.
Solution: Developed a one-piece PVC tray inspired by competitors to securely hold both items, addressing connector issues.
