Planogram (CVS)

Scope

Redesigned the CVS endcap by updating the header, side panel graphics, and product renders, and introducing a Lip Oil PDQ on the front shelf to highlight a new product launch.

Challenges & Solutions

Needed to seamlessly integrate a new hero item without disrupting the layout of core SKUs. Refreshed the graphics to align with current brand campaigns and optimized product placement to boost visibility and encourage trial of the Lip Oil.

Outcome

Delivered a cohesive, visually engaging endcap that balanced promotional focus with core product support, driving impact at shelf and aligning with CVS retail standards.
